Colon Cleansing Foods

If we are to believe all the latest health information then just about the most important part of our bodies is actually the colon. If we want to promote our overall health then maintaining a healthy colon is a must. It makes sense when you think about it. The colon is our “waste management” system and if it can’t get rid of the waste or gets clogged up then it is bound to affect our body. This is why colon cleansing foods are so important.

Going back to the actual waste process for a moment. Something you might consider that is a bit more flavourful is yoghurts. Make sure you look for the kind that contains “good bacteria” as the adverts say. If you are unsure then look for Lactobacillus acidophilus in the contents. This is one of the most active bacteria and can even help boost your immune system too.
